Materials :: 174 yards (160m) x 4 strands of Super Bulky yarn at 1.75-2.25 sts per inch traditional gauge (696 yards/640m total) :: 20x 54” body pillow :: 41“ x 90” fleece or flannel fabric in the same color as the yarn :: needle and thread in coordinating color :: sewing machine (optional)
8 skeins of Wool & The Gang Crazy Sexy Wool in Pink Lemonade, (80M/87yds, 200g, 2sts to 1”/2.5cm)
KIT yarn provided: 6 skeins Cascade Magnum, 123 yards each, 100% wool (split last two skeins in half)
Notes on yarn: You will hold the yarn four strands at a time with this project unless you have much bulkier yarn. For less expensive yarn, replace this with a super-bulky wool that gets approximately 2 stitches to the inch in traditional knitting from your craft or local yarn store. Specialty yarns like Loopy Mango Big Stitch or LoveFest Fibers ReLove Merino would work well using 1-2 strands. Or, less expensive jumbo yarns like Loops & Threads Indie Pop.
